Who can access RPR? Only licensed REALTORS® have access. It is offered as a member benefit.
Do I need to pay extra for RPR? No — RPR is offered as a free product/benefit through MIAMI REALTORS®.
What is “RPR View™” and how does it affect me? RPR View™ is a permission system that allows MLS data to be shared across REALTOR® networks. It lets you see listings (active/inactive) from other MLSes if the MLS participates.
How does Drive Time / Walk Time search work? You place a pin on the map (say, a workplace or school), choose your mode (car or walking), pick day/time/duration, and RPR returns properties within that travel threshold.
Can I use RPR for commercial listings? Yes — RPR includes Commercial Tools, such as trade area analytics, special reports, and AI scriptwriter features for commercial real estate.
How do I get training or help on using RPR? You can use the Help Desk, access the Knowledge Base, join webinars, or utilize the Video Learning Center. MIAMI REALTORS® also maintains RPR-certified trainers for hands-on help.
Q: How do I create an RPR account?
A:
Go to narrpr.com and click Create a New Account.
Enter your last name and either your email on file with NAR or your NRDS ID.
Check your email (the activation link is valid for 3 hours), click Activate My Account.
Create a secure password (at least 7 characters, mix of cases, number/special character) and confirm.
Connect your MLS(s) by selecting state / MLS and inputting your Agent ID so listing data shows up.
If you don’t know your Agent ID or did not receive your activation email, contact RPR support (877-977-7576).
Q: How do I run a property search in RPR?
A:
Use the search bar or go through the Research menu.
Enter address, city/state, ZIP, Listing ID, or APN/Tax ID.
Toggle between Residential and Commercial if applicable.
Choose whether you’re searching Listings vs Public Record. R
Click More Filters for additional criteria (price, beds, baths, lot size, status, etc.).
After filtering, click Search / Update to show results.
Tip: To include sales outside your MLS, select “include public record solds.”
Q: How do I email a report to a client or contact?
A:
From the report generation page, choose Email Report.
You can also check when a contact last opened the report under My Reports → View Report Activity.
The Help tab and Knowledge Base contain detailed steps if you need guidance.
Q: What is the “Help” tab and what can I do there?
A:
The Help tab gives access to video tutorials, webinars, quick-start guides, the knowledge base, and FAQs.
You can search topics, dive into training content, or find step-by-step instructions.

Q: What are the app requirements for RPR Mobile?
A:
RPR Mobile™ supports iOS 15.5 or higher and Android 7.0 or higher.
Devices must have up-to-date operating systems and (for Android) Google Play Services installed.
Tablets are not officially supported as native apps; the responsive website (narrpr.com) is recommended for tablets.
Q: Does RPR cost extra?
A: No — RPR is included as a member benefit of NAR (National Association of REALTORS®).
Q: What data does RPR provide (listings, public records, etc.)?
A: RPR aggregates data from MLSs, public records, and other partner sources to provide:
Public record data (owner info, tax history, mortgages, property facts)
Residential and commercial listings (active, closed, off-market) via MLS and data partners
Neighborhood & school demographics, market trends, maps, overlays, etc.
Q: What is RPR’s “Refine Value” / Valuation tools (RVM / AVM)?
A:
RPR offers automated valuation models (AVMs) and the Refine Value Tool to adjust estimates for condition, market factors, and improvements.
When you create a report or valuation, you can fine-tune estimated values by adjusting parameters.
Q: How can brokers or broker-owners get involved with RPR?
A:
RPR offers Broker Tools for local associations or brokerages to manage usage and adoption.
