A: It shows ownership (including out-of-state or foreign owners), tax info, mortgage equity, building permits, code violations, flood zones, school districts, opportunity zones, and more.
Q: Does IMAPP work on mobile devices?
A: Yes — the platform is fully mobile responsive. You can access property details and maps on any device, and history/settings sync across devices.
Q: How do I save my work or revisit searches?
A: Use Bookmarks to mark properties or reports you want to revisit. Use History to see past searches and operations, and rerun them easily.
Q: Are there special maps or visualization features?
A: Yes — IMAPP supports 3D mapping, data layering (e.g. overlays for different metrics), map-based search panels, and flags/indicators on map objects.
Q: What happens if something doesn’t display correctly or help features fail?
A: Some browser privacy/tracker settings can interfere — for example Microsoft Edge “Strict” mode may disable parts of the built-in help (which depends on tracking user context). Setting to “Balanced” often resolves that. MIAMI REALTORS®
