How to Get Started / Register (Fast Access)

1. Download the app

   • On iOS: App Store → search “MLS Touch”

   • On Android: Google Play → “MLS Touch” 

2. Select State / Board / MLS

   • When prompted, choose Florida → MIAMI REALTORS® / SEFMLS as your board

   • This ensures you’re pointed at the correct MLS data stream

3. Log in using your MLS / Matrix credentials

   • Use the same username (often your MLS/ID) and password you use for Matrix

   • The app syncs your contacts, saved searches, carts, and other data with Matrix automatically

4. Permissions & imports

   • For first use, allow app permissions (e.g. contacts, location) if you want to import contacts from your device or use map tools

   • Contacts added in Matrix or in MLS Touch sync both directions

5. Set up HotSheets / market alerts / branded app

   • Configure your HotSheets to monitor new listings, price changes, etc.

Q: Who can use MLS Touch?
A: members of MIAMI’s MLS (SEFMLS) have access. You must use your MLS / Matrix login credentials to authenticate.

Q: Is MLS Touch free?
A: Yes — MIAMI REALTORS® provides MLS Touch as a member benefit without additional charge. 

Q: What data does MLS Touch show?
A: Members: You’ll have access to active, pending, closed, full MLS listing details (public and private remarks, showing instructions, parcel maps, tax/ownership data, comparables, historical data, and market stats. 

Q: Can I edit a listing from MLS Touch?
A: Yes — MLS Touch allows editing of your own listings from your mobile device. Listing access is based on the permissions provided by your broker.

Q: How do I share listings or collaborate with clients?
A:

• Use Brand & Share to generate a branded mobile app your clients can install, giving them access to the same MLS data you see. 

• Share individual listings or search results via SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.

• Client favorites, showing requests, and shared carts are tracked.

Q: What is InstaView / near-me search?
A: InstaView lets you point your phone toward a property and instantly view its listing details. The “Search Near Me” feature shows listings within a geographic radius of your current location.

Q: How can I post to Facebook from the app?
A: MLS Touch includes built-in Facebook publishing — you can connect your Facebook business page, choose what types of listing updates (new, price change, sold) to post, and configure captions.

Q: What if I lose internet or have low coverage?
A: Some features (maps, data layers) may require an active connection. In limited connectivity, basic search and cached data may still work.

Q: What do I do if login fails or there’s an error?
A:

• Confirm your username/password (MLS / Matrix credentials)

• Check your internet connection

• Update the app to the latest version
