OneHome™ — Product Overview

OneHome™ by CoreLogic (offered via MIAMI REALTORS®) is a client collaboration portal and listing management platform integrated with the Matrix MLS system. Its core purpose is to provide agents and their clients a unified, interactive, and data-rich workspace for searching, comparing, and tracking properties.

  • Responsive Design & Multi-Device Access — Works across desktop, tablet, and mobile. 

  • SMS / Text Messaging Integration — Deliver updates and listing info via text to clients instantly. 

  • Monthly Cost Calculator — Estimate monthly payments including mortgage, taxes, insurance, HOA, utilities. 

  • Agent Portal / Agent Preview Mode — Agents can see exactly what clients see: their favorites, searches, planner status, and recommend listings.

  • Agent Picks / Recommendations — Agents mark listings as “Agent Picks,” which are highlighted for clients in their OneHome portal.

  • Branding & Customization — Agents can set up profile photos, branding, and settings via the OneHome dashboard.

  • Integration with Rental Tools — MIAMI REALTORS® has integrated Rental Beast’s Apply Now into OneHome™, enabling rental applications from within the portal. 

FAQs — OneHome™

Q: Who can use OneHome™?
A: Agents and their clients (once invited) can use the OneHome portal. It's provided as a tool under the MIAMI REALTORS® product offerings. 

Q: How do clients activate their OneHome™ account?
A: After your agent invites you (via a notification link), you click the “Activate Account” button, enter your first name, last name, and password, then agree to terms. This unlocks full portal features (saving searches, favorites, planner, etc.). 

Q: What can clients do before activating their account?
A: Without activation, clients can still view listing/tax data, maps, boundaries, market insights, and search with basic filters. Some advanced features (saving listings, leaving notes, planner) require activation. 

Q: How do agents access the Agent Portal / Preview Mode?
A: Agents can access via:

  1. Agent Preview Mode / BCC’d emails

  2. A link on the Matrix Contact Details screen

  3. Visiting agent.onehome.com

  4. (Soon) via MIAMI’s dashboard in Gateway 

Q: How do I customize my profile / branding in OneHome™?
A:

  1. Log into OneHome via your dashboard

  2. Click your agent image in the top right corner

  3. Select Manage Branding

  4. Choose “Create Your Own,” set up for both mobile app and OneHome portal

  5. Save and Activate the settings
