FAQs Answers for 2025-2026 Billing
PAYMENT PLANS & STATUS CHANGES
“How many payments can I make?”
For a 4th consecutive year we are also offering a three (3) payment or a five (5) payment option (Equal Payments), 5 payment plan option will expire September 30, 2025. Our payment plan options are available with no additional fees as long as the credit card charge is not declined. Once you're on your "Pay Dues" page, the $75 discount will reflect once you select the dues options ending in "On-Time Full Payment".
What happens when I enter into a three or five payment plan and one of my payments fails?
If one of your payments is declined, all services will be suspended until the issue has been resolved. In addition, a $30 processing fee will be added after 24 hours for EACH failed payment. PLEASE NOTE: all remaining payment dates will stay the same, regardless of the date when any payment fails to authorize.
Do I still have to pay my dues if I place my license as voluntarily Inactive?
No. When you notify us your license is voluntarily “Inactive” in DBPR, you are under no obligation to pay your annual dues. However, if you decide to activate your license any time prior to July 1 of the following year, the amount due for your membership to Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® will not be prorated and payment options may be limited.
“Why can’t you offer more payment options or monthly payment?”
A portion of your dues goes to the National Association of REALTORS and Florida REALTORS. There is no way for us to collect their portions over 12 (twelve) months without delinquency for their early due dates.
“What if I go Inactive or move to a referral office after I have already paid my dues?”
As per Association bylaws and policy, all dues are non-refundable.
“How long will it take for my MIAMI services to get reactivated once I’ve paid?”
Once payment has been received and processed, please allow up to (24) hours for all services to be restored.
