Letter of Good Standing – MIAMI REALTORS®
Used for Secondary Membership with Another Association or when you Transfer out to another association
A Letter of Good Standing (also known as a Dues Waiver Letter) is issued by MIAMI REALTORS® to verify that a current or former member is in compliance with National, State, and Local REALTOR® membership requirements. This includes confirming that dues are paid, NAR-mandated education is complete, and that there are no outstanding disciplinary actions or unpaid fines.
Joining Another Association as a Secondary Member or Transferred Out
If you are applying to another association as a Secondary Member or you transferred out to another association, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Good Standing from MIAMI REALTORS®. This helps confirm that you are an active member in good standing and have met all necessary membership obligations.
Transferring Membership to MIAMI REALTORS®
If you are joining MIAMI as your Primary Association and were previously a member elsewhere, we encourage you to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from your former association. You can provide by email once you submit your APPLICATION for membership.
For any questions regarding your membership status or to request a Letter of Good Standing, please reach out to us directly at 305-468-7005 or membership@miamire.com.
