Designations and Certifications Not Affiliated with NAR

In addition to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) designations and certifications, there are other noteworthy designations and certifications available in the real estate industry that are not affiliated with NAR. Two examples of such designations are the “Institute for Luxury Home Marketing” and the “CSSA Certified Short Sale Agent.” These independent organizations provide specialized training and expertise in their respective areas.
