How to allow agents to schedule showings for your listing

(Please note: Once a listing is activated the ability to schedule showings is not enabled by default and must be activated per listing)

The listing agent will need to click Add/Edit at the top of Matrix. They will then need to select the listing they want to enable showing time in the listing drop down. 

In section Other Options the agent will need to click Configure Showing Time. See screenshot below for quick reference. 

Once you click Configure Showing Time, you will be taken to the showing set up page. From here you will need to select Yes: Allow Showing Agent to Request Appts Online.

From here you can select how prospective agents are able to make their request in section Appointment Type. Once done you will need to click the green Save Changes button.
