How to schedule a Public Open House

From Matrix: Click the Add/Edit button in Matrix and select the listing in the dropdown menu you want to schedule the Public Open House for.

You will now be on the Modify Listing page. In the section Other Options click Open Houses. See Screenshot below for easy reference. 

Select Public Open House as the Open House Type.  Select the date of the Public Open House and enter the Start Time and End Time.

You can enter a description of the broker's open house if you are offering refreshments or add a quick description.

Select Yes in section Active which will allow agent's and broker's to search for your Public Open House on our Public Open House website and in the MLS search section.

Once you have fully entered the details of the Public Open House click Submit Listing which will allow the broker's open to be searched on the Brokers Open House website and in the MLS search section.
