* PLEASE NOTE OFFICE SETTINGS APPLY TO ALL THE LISTINGS UNDER THAT OFFICE/BROKER CODE*
Step 1:
Select Add/edit at the top of Matrix
Step 2:
Underneath the “Office” section please type the Broker Code/ Office Code in the box provided.
Step 3:
Click “Edit”
Step 4:
Click "Office Customization"
Step 5:
Manage Office Settings the click "Submit Office" (See below for Setting Definitions)
Setting Definitions:
- OK to Advertise: Provides permission on whether an agent may advertise your listing and how.
If "OK to Advertise with Attribution" They must identify the Name of the listing firm, in a similar size font in a reasonable prominent location.
- Cancel Status: Provides agents in your office with Add/Edit access the ability to Cancel their Listings, if "No" the broker will be the only one able to Cancel the listings
- NEW Listing Attribution: The contact information for a listing that (Syndicate) goes out to third party websites (i.e., Realtor.com, brokerage websites etc.)
If “Agent Phone” is selected, then the listing agents phone number will be displayed as the contact information, for this listing, on third party websites.
If “Agent Email” is selected, then the listing agents email address will be displayed as the contact information, for this listing, on third party websites.
If “Office Phone” is selected, then the listing office phone number will be displayed as the contact information, for this listing, on third party websites.
