Historic Sales by Year

• Click Stats at the top of Matrix 

From here click Historic Count of Active Listings. From here we will need to enter criteria in order for the statistical report to generate. Example below is a Historic count of Sales in Coral Gables from the beginning of the year to now. We will include the date range later however select Coral Gables as the City 

• From here click Customize at the top left corner of the page. 

• In section Time Frame select Year to Date (2022) 
• For Statistic select for this example Sales, Number of. You can select the type of chart. For this example we will use Column
• From here you can Group By however you want but for this example we are selecting Sale Price 

• From here select Generate. The Column report will show the Sales, number as a lite charge based on sale price ranges reflecting a total of 1657 listings.
