Matrix 360 Mailing Labels (How to export)

• In Matrix hover your mouse over the word Search and select Public Record - See the below example: 

• We recommend using the Map function in order to select the area you are farming. Please note all selected properties will be included as we are performing a county records search. See the below example: 

Use the drawing tool in order to draw a shape around your subject area. See the below example: 

• Click the Criteria button in order to return to the Tax Search page. From here we need to filter out properties that have recently sold as they will not likely be interested in selling their property. We suggest going by the National average which is between 7-10 Years. 
• For this example we are going to use 01/01/2014. Please see the field Last Sale Date (Tax Data) and enter the value 01/01/2014- the minus sign will include all properties sold prior to and on that date. See the below example:

• Click the Results button. Select all records by clicking the first square in the top left corner of the results page and click the Print button at the bottom. See the below example:

• Select Mail Labels 5160 Owner Name & Property Address and click Print to PDF
