Your client must have already activated their account. These Directions are for your client to do, please provide these instructions to your client.
- Step 1:
At the top right of One Home select the Icon with your initials
- Step 2:
Select Manage Account
- Step 3:
On the left hand side select Agent Preferences
- Step 4:
If the correct agent displayed is not correct select Edit located to the right of Your Agent
- Step 5:
Select the drop down arrow and select the correct agent then Save
