View Your Client's Favorited Properties

If your customer favorites a property you can view their favorites by going to your Home Dashboard or directly in their contact list. First option we will cover is via the Home Dashboard. 

• Click My Matrix at the top 

• This will take you to the Matrix Dashboard. Scroll down until you see section Recent OneHome Visitors and you will see a heart next to the contact name of your client. See screenshot below:

• Clicking the heart will show you all recently favorited properties your customer has selected. The steps below will display all favorited properties just incase you may have missed them.
• Hover your mouse over My Matrix and click Contacts in the drop down menu. 

• Click on the name of your Customer and see section Essentials Review on the right and click Favorites. 

• You are now able to see all favorited properties that you customer has made historically.
