How To Input An Out Of Area Listing Or No Tax Folio

You will use these steps for listing that can not be auto populated from IMAPP, listings without a Tax Folio or listings that are out of these counties:

Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Indian River County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County, and Monroe County.

• Step 1
  Select Add/edit at the top of Matrix

• Step 2
  Underneath the “Listing” section and select "Add New"

• Step 3
  Underneath the “Select Form" select The Type of Listing you are inputting

• Step 4
  Select "Out Of Area or No Tax Folio"

• Step 5
  You will begin inputting the listing please make sure the Map on the "Location information" Tab is pinpointed to the correct Property.
