Folio # Bypass - New Construction or Pre-Construction

If you are listing a property and it's New Construction or Pre-Construction use the below steps.

1st: You will need to go directly into the section General Information - See below screenshot

2nd: See Field: Property Age Description highlighted below in red

3rd: From here you can select Under Construction - this will make the requirement for a folio no longer needed if the property does not have one according to the Tax Appraisers website.
