What is Concierge Mode? If you enable Concierge Mode, you can receive a daily e-mail reminding you to pick listings that fits what your customer is looking for. This will allow you to look through the photos and information to ensure each listing fits correctly.
Use the below steps to enable Concierge Mode
1: Once you have selected the criteria for your customer click the button labeled results
2: In the results page click the button that says Save highlight in red below
3: Click New Auto E-mail - see screenshot below
4: Create a Contact Record of your Customer
5: Select a subject for the e-mail your customer will receive
6: Click the Box "Enable Concierge Mode"
You can also click the box "Contact in Reverse Prospecting Results" if enabled each listing agent will be able to contact you if they have more information to share regarding the listing but they will not be able to see your customer's information.
You can also Enable the search as a Favorite Search on Home Tab. You can select up to 10 and this menu can be located in your Matrix Dashboard - see the below image
