Unlicensed assistants are given their own login credentials for the MLS. Please use the link below to fill out the unlicensed assistant application - this application requires a government-issued Photo ID to be processed as well as a broker signature. Once processed you will receive a receipt as well as a welcome letter including login credentials.
There are 4 types of assistants:
Broker Assistant (Full Access – granting access to modify/add/edit listings for all agents within the office)
Broker Assistant (LM – listing maintenance for the broker of record listings)
Agent Assistant (SO - listing maintenance for the agent of record listings; they have the same access level that is granted to the agent)
Appraiser Assistant (SO - listing maintenance for the Appraiser of record listings; they have the same access level that is granted to the appraiser.
