❌ What Forewarn Is NOT For
1. Marketing or Prospecting
You cannot use Forewarn to:

Forewarn is strictly for verifying individuals after they’ve contacted you or expressed interest in a real estate transaction.
2. Determining Eligibility for Services
Forewarn must not be used to determine someone’s eligibility for:
- Credit
- Insurance
- Employment
- Housing
These uses are regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Forewarn is not a consumer reporting agency.
3. Discriminatory or Unethical Use
Using Forewarn to:
- Discriminate against individuals
