In order to update the criteria for a sent auto e-mail please use these steps
- Hover your mouse over My Matrix and click Auto E-mail in the drop down menu.
- From here click on the name of the Auto E-mail that you want to update. This will open up a menu which will allow you to click Criteria.
- From here you can update the criteria and once done click the Save button in order for future e-mails to send with the updated criteria.
