My Listings: Reverse Prospecting

In order to view who has included your listings in searches please use the below steps. 

• Hover mouse over My Matrix and click My Listings 

• Select My Active Listings in the dropdown menu. 

• Click the square next to the listing number which will now allow you to click Reverse Prospect.

• This will allow you to see the agents that included your listing in an e-mail to their client along with the reference number and contact details. These reference numbers can also be found on the other agent's end inside their clients contact record. 

• the Count column refers to how many listings that were sent to their client.

• In order to contact the agent through the Matrix system; you will need to click on their name on the left. An example to use this feature is to notify the agent if you are hosting an open house and would like to notify the agent so they can tell their client.
