Creating Custom Hot Sheets

The Hot Sheets section is built out by default to include updates for all property types. You are able to customize and rename the Hot Sheet and have it filter changes in a specific area, city or county. Please see the below steps in order to customize Hot Sheets. 

• First click My Matrix located in the top left corner. 

• Scroll Down until you located the Hot Sheet section and click Customize. 

• This will take you to the Manage Hot Sheets menu. You can select the first default Single Family/Condo RE1/RE2 or any of the options display by clicking on your choice and clicking Edit Criteria. 

• Scenario below is a custom Hot Sheet for the Coral Gables area for properties that just hit the market. 
• In section Change Type select New
• in section City select Coral Gables 
• You can include a specific Zip code which is optional 
• Select the amount of Bedrooms and Baths

• See screenshot below for example: 

• Optional: You can select the amount of Days Back in the Hot Sheet to include listings that hit the market in the past weeks or 7 days. 
• Click the calendar next to Days Back 

Optional: You are able to have the Hot Sheet only display specific properties by adding the field Property Type. 

• Once you have set up your criteria click Save. This will take you back to the Manage Hot Sheets menu where we will not rename the Hot Sheet.

Click on the Hot Sheet we updated the criteria for and click Rename.  

From here you can Name the Hot Sheet based on the specific criteria we have set. example below is Coral Gables New Listed.
