How An Assistant Can Work On Behalf Of An Agent

• Step 1
  Log in to the Miami Gateway using the provided Username and Password provided in the welcome letter

• Step 2
  Select the Matrix icon from the dashboard

• Step 3
  On the top right of Matrix select your Name

• Step 4
  Select "Switch to ...."  to begin working on their behalf of your agent
