The below steps once enabled will allow you to create Teams in Matrix. The function of Teams will allow you have Team Names appear when creating reports in Matrix.
1: Click your Name in the Top Right Corner of Matrix - see below
2: In the drop-down click the Settings button - see below
3: Click Identity Sharing - see below screenshot
4: Click "Click Here to Create Teams" and enter the ID of the agent you are Identity Sharing With.
5: From here select your preferred option for Identity Sharing.
Selecting "Have this member Impersonate me" will have your information displayed in report printouts.
Selecting "Have this member Work on Behalf of me" will have your Team Member's info will show up in report printouts.
