How to determine the correct area for a listing

The property identifier also known as the folio number will determine the correct area number to place the listing. The 3^rd and 4^th digit of the folio number will determine the area number. Example: 01-32-30-097-0710 – 32 is the area number for this property. Area is also referred to as the town ship/range.

The first two digits of the folio is 01 which is the municipal code. The 3^rd and 4^th digit as discussed is the area which is 32. The 5^th and 6^th digit of the folio number is the section which is 30. The 7th, 8^th and 9^th digits determine the subdivision. The last 4 digits of the folio number will determine the Parcel #.
