How to verify that you received credit for a closed listing

Please check your closing statements to verify the date of closing so that you are prepared to perform a search in Matrix.

• Click Search in Matrix
• Select Cross property – Quick

• In Status select the below values - See screen shot below
• Closed Sale - 0-180 (180 days is the default however I would suggest removing and leaving the field blank. 
• Rented (If you are searching for a closed Rental) Remove the default value 

• From here enter the Street address located in the middle on the search page. 

• By removing the date range from Closed and Rented you will located all listings that have been closed or rented for that property. 
• Click Matches located in the bottom left corner 

• This will take you to the Single Line Grid where you will need to add the below additional column Status Change Date and click Apply to add to your grid. This will allow you to see the date the listing was closed in the MLS. 

• Please confirm the date of closing first by checking your documents. Once you locate the correct listing click on the listing number. If you see that you did not receive credit for the sale in section Selling Agent please provide a copy of the HUD or lease contract and e-mail [e-mail] so the listing can be updated.
