How to Run a Production Report

(Please note if you have been with multiple local association's in South Florida you will want to run your production report using your First and Last name rather than your Agent ID. Using your first and last name will find all IDs that you have used)

• Select Market Reports located in the top center of Matrix. See below Image for easy reference. 

• Once you click Market Reports you will be taken to the On Demand Reports menu. From here click Agent Production Report. 

• Please note that the Start Date refers to when the listing was added into the MLS and not when the property was updated to Closed Sale or Rented. 
• Enter the Start Date when the listing hit the MLS and select the End Date for how far you would like to run the report. 
• Enter Your Agent ID or First and Last Name (You will only need to use either your name or ID) and Click Generate Report 

Once done the Matrix system will display all listings based on the date range used. The Production Report will first display Total Production.

Underneath Total Production you will see each individual section for

• Listed Coop Sold (If you represented the buyer).
• A separate section for Coop Listed (If you were the listing agent) 
• Page 2 will display CoList (If you were the Co-Listing Agent) and CoSold (If you were the co-selling agent) in the same section.
• Last section in the production report will display your Inventory Summary which will display your active listings. Inventory Detail will display each individual listing number with address and pricing details.
