Select Market Reports located in the top center of Matrix. See below Image for easy reference.
- Once you click Market Reports you will be taken to the On Demand Reports menu. From here click Inventory Report
Inventory Reports by default are set up to check all inventory based on the 1st of the Month. This allows the system to fully capture all expired, closed sales, withdrawn/temporary of the market listing changes since the beginning of the month. It is recommended to keep the start date as the 1st of the Month.
Example below is an Inventory Report in the Coral Gables area however you can use any of the below fields to narrow down your inventory search.
