Q: What is Form Simplicity?
A: Form Simplicity is a digital transaction management and paperless forms platform offered by Florida Realtors®. It allows users to create, manage, store, sign, and share real estate forms and documents online.

Q: Who is eligible to use Form Simplicity?
A: Florida Realtors® members  have access. In the “Professional” edition, members can use state-approved forms at no extra cost; for expanded features, there is an Ultimate edition upgrade available.

Q: What is the difference between Professional and Ultimate editions?
A:

• Professional Edition (included with membership) provides access to state forms, basic features for transaction management. 

• Ultimate Edition adds unlimited digital signatures, unlimited document storage, more advanced tools like eSign templates, split PDF, etc.

Q: How much does the Ultimate edition cost?
A: The Ultimate edition is offered at $84 per year (per person). Brokers with 20+ agents may receive discounted rates.
