A: Form Simplicity is a digital transaction management and paperless forms platform offered by Florida Realtors®. It allows users to create, manage, store, sign, and share real estate forms and documents online.
Q: Who is eligible to use Form Simplicity?
A: Florida Realtors® members have access. In the “Professional” edition, members can use state-approved forms at no extra cost; for expanded features, there is an Ultimate edition upgrade available.
Q: What is the difference between Professional and Ultimate editions?
A:
Professional Edition (included with membership) provides access to state forms, basic features for transaction management.
Ultimate Edition adds unlimited digital signatures, unlimited document storage, more advanced tools like eSign templates, split PDF, etc.
Q: How much does the Ultimate edition cost?
A: The Ultimate edition is offered at $84 per year (per person). Brokers with 20+ agents may receive discounted rates.
